We are a Christchurch-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of safety rollcages for all forms of motorsport. We supply rollcages in kitset form for you or your installer to fit. We also export our kits to several overseas countries.

  • We have more than 500 different car model profiles in our computer system.
  • We can also bend one-offs to your pattern.
  • We supply recognised rollcage installers and private individuals.

Our Services

Design

  • Our designs cover all levels from basic Clubmen to full FIA specifications.
  • We know and respect the regulations of each type of motorsport category.
  • We are happy to advise you about the requirements for each type of event.

Manufacture

  • All our rollcages are mandrel bent using the latest mandrel tube benders.
  • We manufacture each rollcage to fit exactly inside each vehicle. There is no such thing as “one size fits all!”.
  • We work to precise measurements and angles to ensure your rollcage is an exact fit.
  • We leave the notching of the tube ends to you so you have some leeway in the placement of the tubes.
  • We use either medium tensile steel tube to MSNZ Q29 standards, or cold drawn seamless ASME 4130 tube.
